The OmniAppKit I believe has a OAShrinkyTextField class, this sounds like what you want.

I'm attempting to make an itunes-style expanding text field cell (like the ones found in your music table cells, they shrink and expand as you type, in a limited space). I was wondering if anyone had any pointers or if the code to do this, or partial code, was already available. I'd hate to reinvent the wheel.

Thanks in advance,
