Modification date is changing and I don't know why

On one of my applications it is changing the modification date of a
custom framework and of the application executable itself yet nothing
in this program should alter the bundle in any way. It does however
access the message framework. Anyway, does any one know why simply
running the app would cause nearly all the files in the bundle to be
modified?
