I wholeheartedly second that. If you're doing a metapackage, Iceberg is so much more convenient than PackageMaker it's not funny. If you're using Panther and want your installer to be backwards-compatible to 10.1, Iceberg is your only choice. Shell scripting support is much better too.

Oh, and don't let the .fr domain put you off - it's localized to English too. And it's open source (Free) software, so you can localize it to your own native language.
