cocoa.h not found?

Over the weekend I reinstalled Mac OS X 10.3, updated it to 10.3.4 and reinstalled Xcode 1.2.

One of my projects now refuses to build, complaining that "Cocoa/Cocoa.h: No such file or directory" in my .pch file.

My other Cocoa projects build just fine.

I tried cleaning all targets and removing and re-adding the Cocoa framework. No joy.

Suggestions?
