NSTabView drawing glitches

Hi folks,

I'm seeing a couple cases of drawing glitches with NSTabView on Panther. I have a window with an NSTabView (tabless, normal rounded-rect frame), an NSImage that covers the whole window (background image), and a couple buttons and text fields outside the tab view. What I'm finding is that NSTabView seems to have problems if there are any views behind it. Specifically, if there is an image in the background, about 10% of the time the NSTabView frame won't draw, and it may erase other parts of the window in a seemingly random mannor. The problem is not specific to NSImage being in the background, an NSView that does nothing will also exhibit the behavior. But if NSTabView is not overlapping another view, all is fine.

Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone come up with a work-around?

thanks,
Chris
