Hi Vince,
Thank you for your reply. Looks like that there is workaround for it
(thanks to Jeff Hokit):
ABPerson *person=[[[ABPerson alloc] init] autorelease];
person=[person initWithVCardRepresentation:vCardData];

Aidas

Hi all,
I've trying to use Address Book framework in my application.
Unfortunately I've found a problem that I can not solve. I have
ABPeoplePicker view in panel and I made drag and drop, so I users
could easily drag and drop records from Address Book to table view.
I've easily made it, but the problem is that Address Book framework
throws this assertion failure:
"*** Assertion failure in -[ABAddressBook recordClassFromUniqueId:],
Framework/AddressBook/ABAddressBook.m:1295
2004-06-26 16:57:22.538 eyeSignal[7291] *** Assertion failure in
-[ABAddressBook recordClassFromUniqueId:],
Framework/AddressBook/ABAddressBook.m:1295
2004-06-26 16:57:22.538 eyeSignal[7291] *** Assertion failure in
-[ABAddressBook recordClassFromUniqueId:],
Framework/AddressBook/ABAddressBook.m:1295"
What could be wrong?
I am getting VCard format data and then creating ABPerson from it.
Its a bug we have fixed it in a latest version come to WWDC and check
it out.
