Hi all,
Regulars on the Cocoa-dev list will have noticed that I haven't been
paying it that much attention of late, for which I apologise. If anyone
has any additional items for the FAQ, please let me know and I'll try
to catch up with them ASAP.
Anyway, the reason for this message, as the title suggests, is a
product announcement; those people attending WWDC might find this one
pretty handy if they're desperate to play with their copies of the
Tiger Developer Preview
iPartition is a disk partitioning tool for Mac OS X, with the ability
to resize HFS+ (Mac OS Extended) volumes without destroying data. It
also has a very intuitive, very easy to use interface; most resize
operations can be accomplished simply by clicking and dragging, even if
there isn't sufficient contiguous space on the disk (iPartition works
out how to rearrange your existing partitions if necessary).
It costs #19.95 (which is currently in the vicinity of $35 or around
30), and is available here:
http://www.coriolis-systems.com
(Please direct any queries to the email addresses listed on the company
website.)
Kind regards,
Alastair.
