I recently finished Aaron Hillegass' first book and just started on
his second book ( http://www.bignerdranch.com/products/core.shtml ).
Definitely has more advanced topics, but nothing on Core Data.
I have to say, however, that coming over from the Windows world
(C#, .Net, Delphi, etc), I am AMAZED at how good the Apple Developer
Documentation is. It might be hard to find things every now and
again, but it's better than most Windows books that I've bought over
the last 10 years.

Sure. Just one that I know of, though. Cocoa Programming for Mac
OS X by Aaron Hillegass.

Are there any books coming out that deal more with updated
material on bindings and CoreData?
