NSMatrix prototype cell

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a better idea of what I can and cannot do with the prototype cell for an NSMatrix. I have several matrices which may add and remove cells periodically and I have to maintain a consistent appearance throughout, including text alignment, text color, text background, number formatters, and other attributes. It would be great if this was managed through the prototype cell, but so far I haven't been able to make that happen, so I'm wondering if that's possible.
