So after more querying of state, I discovered that setEnabled: is
required to make all the parts show. Is there a reason this isn't done
by default? Or is the enabling of control something the loading of a nib
usually takes care of (since I am using Custom View in Interface Builder
and setting the custom subclass to NSScroller)?
