wouldn't you mock it up in interface builder, then take a screen shot and use photoshop or something to insert pieces that interface builder doesn't give you by default - like an image or data in a table. With CoreData, you could even get some data in tables without too much trouble - just use the default interfaces to load some data into a simple model.
