NSTableView, bindings, and a background color

  • Subject: NSTableView, bindings, and a background color

I have an object with a foreground and background color. I want to display this in an NSTextView, using bindings, and have the row's fore- and background colors set appropriately. There is a textColor binding, but nothing for the row's background.

So, what crazy tricks do I have to set the row's background color? Subclass the array controller and the table delegates within? Add a binding somewhere and use it?

Of course, to be blunt, which is the least amount of work and the most likely to still work in the future? :)
