Why the path returns "English translated" word in some system directory?

Because that's the real path of the system directory. All system & user directories have paths in English; the Finder & open/save panels just show them in a localized format if the user's selected language is not English.

Is there a way to force return in "Native" language for these system directories?

Thankfully no.
