Sorry, I thought my problem was unnoticed.
By the way, can I post an image to show what the problem is ?
And by the way, every other lines in MacOSX are drawn perfectly. The
problem only appears in my app.

Regarding the issue at hand, I suspect that the "problem" is due to
anti-aliasing. Using the code you provided, I don't see anything
I'd regard as "ugly".
