HELP : <Tab> does not move focus to next text field.

I did something to my application and now <Tab> does only 1/2 of the
job. If I edit text field and then hit <Tab>, then this text field
target will get message, but focus stays on the same text field
(instead of moving to next one). I still can select next one with
mouse click. But when I <Tab> from it, focus stays. I have quite a
few text fields in my application and all of them exhibit this kind
of behavior.
