Icons don't display on 10.2?

I have an app I'm making.

It works for MacOS 10.3 and 10.4.

However, on 10.2, the picture resources don't work. All the icons are missing. Even icons that I load with NSImage's imageNamed!

It's the same app. Just copied from one system to another. I didn't rebuild it for a different system.

Any idea why this happens?

I'm getting other graphical errors, also. There is some kind of random data drawn across the NSSliders, some of the pixels appear randomised.
