What constitutes a "documented" key?  It IS mentioned as a key in the
documentation (user defaults:concepts:DefaultsDomains,
<http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/UserDefaults/Conc
epts/DefaultsDomains.html>)

I need to run on 10.2, as well as 10.3; however, I'll look up the CFLocale
API for future codeŠ
