Setting current menu item for NSPopupButton from menu delegate?

  • Subject: Setting current menu item for NSPopupButton from menu delegate?

Hi,

I have an NSPopUpButton that displays a dynamically generated menu. I build
the menu from a menu delegate. The problem is that I cannot control
NSPopUpButton's selected menu item from the menu delegate. Calling
NSPopUpButton's selectItem or selectItemAtIndex has no effect (until the
next use of the NSPopUpButton).

Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Cheers
-Mark
