I prefer Doxygen. Eleven months ago the Objective-C support for Doxygen
was full of bugs, some of which were crippling. I've filed numerous bug
reports, and all but a few have been fixed. The latest version, 1.4.0,
contains all the fixes, so the Objective-C support is now quite good,
and Doxygen is so configurable that you can make its output look like
pretty much anything you want.
