Renaming Nib File

Is it possible to change the name of MyDocument.nib to something else in a Document based app? If I rename the file what else do I have to rename in order for it to be able to run properly. I get an message saying it is unable to create a new document after I tried to change the name of the nib file.

I changed the name of the file itself and I changed the name returned by WindowNibName and I changed the name everywhere I could find a reference to MyDocument.
