Dock on Both Displays?

I'd like to make the dock appear on both displays of a dual-display setup. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? It'd be nice if it was the exact same dock on both, where a minimized icon would appear on both, bouncing apps would bounce on both, etc.

I just have no idea where to start...anyone have pointers on figuring this out?
