Strange error with XCode

When I close one of my rpojects in XCode, an alert sheet appears with the following message :

"Can not find the file "[...]/MyProject". Perhaps it was moved or deleted ?"

Not sure if it's the exact message, because the sheet shows up for 1/4 second then vanishes along with the window I closed. Another thing I noticed : when I delete the build folder, the message doesn't show up, and when I rebuild my app, the message returns.
