NSNumberFormatter OS X v10.4 enhancements

Hi All,

I am having trouble with the 10.4 version of NSNumberFormatter. I try to use the setFormatterBehavior: method but on compile I get a warning that NSNumberFormatter may not respond to this method. Execution confirms that it won't. Apparently I am using an older framework and library. My questions are: Where do I find the right components and how do I get Xcode to use them?
