I've had my first Cocoa app out in the field now for a few weeks, and a few
thousand downloads later all seems to be going ok...
A couple of the few support emails I have received however are related to a
problem with the user not being able to open my application again after
running it previously. They say the icon just bounces in the Dock but never
finishes loading.
I have advised them to reboot and this has always fixed the problem, but I'd
like to know what the root cause of this problem is.
Is anybody familiar with this sort of problem and what causes it?
