Well, that seems backwards. Why not have an array containing dictionaries... Each dictionary with the key being the metadata you're using. Such as [[array objectAtIndex:row] objectForKey:@"SexyImage"];


Makes it much easier to extend the amount of metadata you are saving.

I put that NSLog() into my code, and it reports "NSImage" as expected,
even when it crashes (signal 11).

In this case, enable Zombies. Check NSDebug.h
