FYI, If you hover over the character in the palette for a few seconds a tool-tip will pop up with the hex codes. No decimal codes, but the hex ones are what you want usually anyway.

If you choose 'Unicode View' and then choose the 'Unicode Table' tab at the top centre of the view, it shows you the hexadecimal map of the code blocks . . .
