I used to be able to get documentation of Cocoa API methods using Docoa Browser -- which doesn't seem to work anymore with Xcode 2.1 under Tiger.

Where, for example, can I find a concise description of the method CFPreferenceGetAppIntegerValue?

I just downloaded DevDocumentation.pkg, but I can't spot a simple find capability associated with it.
