I have a shipping app and just received a message from a user who says the application will not launch. He was nice enough to include the crash log above (he is running 10.3.4). However, I'm not sure what to tell him. Of hundreds of copies, he is the only one reporting this. Any suggestions?

libgcc_s.1.dylib doesn't exist in any version of Mac OS X prior to 10.3.9. Either ask the customer to upgrade to 10.3.9, or if possible, recompile your application & frameworks using GCC 3.3.
