hi all,

Is it possible to develop CoreData and EOF apps on the same machine?
I did a clean install of Tiger and the DevTools followed by WO.
Now I can't get the CoreData Modeler to work in Xcode2.
Everytime i try to add an attribute or relationship to an entity i get this (see below):

Anybody else get this? More importantly, anyone know how to fix it?

cheers cornelius

If you read the PDF in the Xcode Tools folder on your Install DVD, it says that WO 5.2.3 is not supported with Xcode Tools 2.0.

Hi WOozy,

That was the ticket.

The WOAssistant.pbplugin has to be removed, then the CoreData modeler works fine.

hope this gets resolved soon.

kind regards

Cornelius

There was just recently this post from James Dessart on an Xcode list (email@hidden):

Using the XCode with the GM release of Tiger, I get all sorts of

Everything else seems fine, so I'm wondering if there's some issue
that might be at work here, or if I should file a bug, or what. Any
clues?

I managed to trace it to some WebObjects plugins that were causing XCode grief. When I removed them, it worked.

Maybe we'll hear more on Monday...
