On one of my machines, the Xcode 2.0 Documentation preferences pane shows
only the old base font size setting. The new Documentation pane
update/download controls aren't there. Any idea how I can fix this, short of
reinstalling Xcode Tools? (Removing the com.apple.Xcode.plist preferences
file and re-launching Xcode does not help.)

I installed Xcode Tools the same way on both machines, so I don't know why I
am seeing this discrepancy: (1) Upgrade-install Tiger. (2) Run the uninstall
dev tools script in Terminal. (3) Install Xcode Tools.
