I'd like to add two popup buttons to the bottom left of my window, "squeezing" the horizontal scroll bar (offsetting it to the right). I don't see any way of doing this in IB, though. I don't seem to see a way of offsetting the horizontal scroll bar.

How is this done in Cocoa?
