spell server does not seem to be launched automatically?

Hello all, and namely Douglas Davidson who I hope would know the answer :)

seems to me in Tiger a problem of 10.1 that a custom spell server was not launched automatically is back? Or do I make some mistake?

Anyway, my Czech spellchecker, which works all right in Panther, works in Tiger too -- *after* I launch manually its executable. Till that, the applications report that "Couldn't contact Spell Checker".

Is there some new Info.plist item I should add or something? At the moment, it looks like this; far as I know, should be all right, but it is well possible I've overlooked some release note or whatever:

===
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist SYSTEM "file://localhost/System/Library/DTDs/ PropertyList.dtd">
<plist version="0.9">
<dict>
<key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key>
<string>English</string>
<key>CFBundleExecutable</key>
<string>OCSpeller</string>
<key>CFBundleIdentifier</key>
<string>cz.ocs.OCSpeller</string>
<key>CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion</key>
<string>6.0</string>
<key>CFBundleName</key>
<string>OCSpeller</string>
<key>CFBundlePackageType</key>
<string>BNDL</string>
<key>CFBundleShortVersionString</key>
<string>3.0</string>
<key>CFBundleSignature</key>
<string>????</string>
<key>CFBundleVersion</key>
<string>3.0</string>
<key>LSBackgroundOnly</key>
<string>1</string>
<key>NSServices</key>
<array>
<dict>
<key>NSExecutable</key>
<string>OCSpeller.daemon</string>
<key>NSLanguages</key>
<array>
<string>cs</string>
<string>en</string>
</array>
<key>NSPortName</key>
<string>OCSpeller.daemon</string>
<key>NSSpellChecker</key>
<string>OCSoftware</string>
</dict>
</array>
</dict>
</plist>
===

Also, speaking of spellcheckers, is there any work around which would allow me to use my Czech spellchecker with Pages?

Thanks *a big lot*,
---
