Yes I did. Downloaded version 4.0.1 from ADC.

Installed. Rebooted. Checked the kext was there. Removed CHUD. Checked the kext was gone. Installed. Rebooted. Installed kext using Pacifier.

No go.

I unfortunately can't get Shark to work on Tiger. No matter what I try it produces the following message: CHUDProf.kext not loaded.



Did you install CHUD? It's an optional install with Xcode. Might be called "performance tools" or something like that.
