Honestly. With so many new and updated APIs, there's no way you could compile a single list of changes that could potentially break an app.

I had to fix a few things, too. In most instances I just made some assumptions that were true before 10.4 but happened to be false now. Obviously my fault for making those assumptions; but the apps needed to be fixed to work with 10.4 regardless.
