master + double detail

Hi. I need some advice on how to use bindings for my application, which is a slight variation on the "Master Detail Interface" described in the documentation here: http://developer.apple.com/ documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/CocoaBindings/Tasks/masterdetail.html

What I would like to do is allow selection of not just one row in the table, but two, and display the detail for both at the same time.

I have tried various approaches to this but none of them have worked. How can I bind a view in the detail interface to the second selected object in the master?

TIA,

        Mark
