Things to try:
- Clean the target in your XCode project.
- Make sure (in Interface Builder) all objects' focus rings are not
set to 'none'.
- Make sure your windows are not set to "Utility Window" or "Non-
Activating"... (I *think* this would disable the ability to focus, if
I'm wrong, someone please correct me).

It's just my application. Everything behaves as usual, expect the
focus rings.
System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts ->
Full keyboard access: All controls.
(To change the setting, press Control+7 - maybe you've done just
that?)
