I have a problem with QTMovieView, this is an extract of my code:
if ([QTMovie canInitWithFile:pathName])
{
mMovie = [QTMovie movieWithFile:pathName error:nil];
[mQT_controller setMovie:mMovie];
[mQT_controller setHidden:NO];
[mQT_controller setEditable:YES];
}
Where pathname is the filepath of a movie file (that contains
only an audio track) and QTMovieController is a QTMovieView.
The movie is successfully loaded inside the QTMovieView, however
I can't hear any sound...I tryed to pass
a movie with audio and video track, and I can see the video but
not the audio. The strange thing is that
I can see the video only if I try to resize the window.
If I set the movie file from the nib and than I change it inside
the code everythings seems to play fine but how can
I do to set the movie directly form the code?
Your code looks fine. Can you put together a minimal project that
demonstrates the problem and send it to me off-list? Haven't seen this
particular issue before....
