Actually, what I fell in love with a *lot* of years ago was Smalltalk.
Nevertheless, it is quite and completely irrelevant in this list:

I believe the original question of this thread actually was "can
strong typing be faster *in Objective C*"?
If not, I am sorry that I answered a different one, but in that
case the question was pretty offtopic.
You can write Cocoa in Haskell so I think it's well within the scope
of the list.
