NSButton on/off behaviour, with a blue (not grey) highlight?

I want to make an NSButton with on/off behaivour, with a blue (not grey) highlight. How do I do this? When I try, it has a grey highlight, which is not what I want.

I just want to make the button look like a normal square button being pushed down.
