It sounds like you're looking at instructions for embedding a
framework that you're building. If it's a third-party framework
rather than one you're building, you don't need to make your
application target have a target dependency on it
Yep, those are the instructions I'm using, and it is a framework I've
built (an IBPalette) not a third party one that I'm embedding.
Like I said, the compiled application works just fine without the
last step - even on my wife's machine, which doesn't have the
framework installed, I was just curious why I couldn't do add a
dependency - it seems like the "+" icon should be enabled...
