Strange problem with the help menu and minimizing the app

I have the strangest problem and I'm not even sure if it has anything
to do with my code.
Here is the description of what is happening in _both_ my app and
QuickTime(tm) Player:
1. I get two help menus. Very strange, but does not mess anything up
except for being a sore.
2. When I minimize my app's document or a qt movie to the dock, i
cannot maximize it.
Problem number two is a very serious one as you can imagine. Does
anybody know why it does that? I should also mention that this only
happens in my PowerBook among all the machines here. The same app
runs fine in another PowerBook and PowerMac. But, I also know that it
doesn't only happen to me since one of my customers also has the same
problem.
Can somebody help please? I'm really lost on this one.
