Determining current language

Hello everyone

I'm developing an application which needs to load a specific data file for each language, so I'm looking for a way to determine which language is the app actually running...

I found this document... http://developer.apple.com/documentation/MacOSX/Conceptual/ BPInternational/Articles/ChoosingLocalizations.html

But I don't quite get how to proceed, is there anyone who already did this that could guide me through it?
