Inteface Builder - a report writer?

  • Subject: Inteface Builder - a report writer?

Occasionally I make changes and things get lost from my nib files and it is difficult to find what has been lost - usually because it's lost - globs of it disappear. I have open to laboriously open the Inspector for every field, column etc and visually check if something has disappeared - but then I have to remember what was there in the original version (and yes, I make regular backups).

So - does anyone have a utility that will generate a report about the contents of all (or any) of the nib files for a particular project. Or can someone tell me how to read and interpret a bplist file.

I am particularly interested in a printed report of all the bindings that I have defined in the nibs but a simple window/view hierarchy would be nice too. Prefereably as a menu option in IB or in XCode.

And while I'm here - a report writer CoreData Entity Relationship models would be nice too.

Keith
