Data model "modified by another application" error

Hello,

Could someone give me a nudge toward the right docs to read to solve this problem? I edit my data model in XCode, when I save it, I usually get a popup saying:

Warning

The file for the document at /Volumes/Work1/Users/doug/Projects/Test/ MyDocument.xcdatamodel has been modified by another application. There are also unsaved changes in Xcode. Do you want to keep the Xcode version or revert to the version on disk?

[Revert] [Keep Xcode Version]

Further facts: I'm not actually editing it anywhere else (I thought maybe IB was "editing" it, but the error occurs even with no IB running); it doesn't seem to matter whether I press Revert or Keep; I'm using SVN (I mention that because, on projects which are not in SVN, I don't have this problem).

Thank you
Doug Dickinson --dd
