actually, it's the Cocoa Bindings Reference.. (Pedantic I know)

just one point.. Cocoa bindings is entirely separate from Core Data. Core Data is separate from Cocoa bindings. They both work well together, but you do not need to use them together if you don't want to.

You got your Core Data in my Cocoa bindings.
You got your Cocoa bindings in my Core Data.
