I was only looking at my own menus.
You are right, months ago I added the menu Format (Font & Text) and in the
menu Text there is the menu item Copy Ruler with the Command+Control+C hot
key!!! That's why I got the conflict one day yes and one day not.
Anyway I think that the Copy Ruler menu item should remain deactivated until
a textView & ruler is active and visible. So when disabled it should not
detect any key pressed, I suppose, and don't generate the conflict.
Maybe I suppose wrongly.
Actually I have removed the hot key from the Copy Ruler menu item.
