Just use BootCD: http://www.charlessoft.com/ (NOTE: It's not yet Tiger
compatible though, you'll need a 10.3.x mac in order to make the bootable
cd), it lets you choose the apps you'd like to have on the cd so you can
choose to put your app on the cd...and it's freeware too ;-) :-)

This isn't really related to Cocoa. If you want help creating one for
your own purposes, try a user-level mailing list; if you want to
develop an application which can be booted off a CD (e.g. a disk
repair tool) you'll probably have to contact DTS and work out some
sort of license.
