Debug > Launch Using Performance Tool > ObjectAlloc
ObjectAlloc can be configured to log all alloc, retain, and release messages sent to an object.
But as others have pointed out, it appears that you have some very odd retain/release usage. I suspect that your application is simply over-retaining objects. ObjectAlloc will quickly shed some light on what code is at fault.
