AuthSample - performCommand Fails

Hello,

I have an application that uses the code from the AuthSample to authorize a helper tool to perform a privileged operation. The authorization process works great most of the time, but on seemingly random instances the perrformCommand call seems to fail. This is difficult to debug because I cannot re-create the error at will. Literally Ill start the application do the privileged operation, close the application, then re-open and perform the operation again only to have it fail the second time through. The helper tool never actually gets invoked. Has anyone else every experienced similar behavior? I am at a loss for ideas.

Thanks,
Russ
