it seems no one on the list knows the answer to my trouble...
perhaps some one might know of a place I could download the files I am
missing?
without downloading a whole new developers package?
or know who to ask about this trouble?
I really need the vecLib framework to accelerate my app.
missing files: libvMisc.dylib, libvDSP.dylib, libLAPACK.dylib,
libBLAS.dylib

On 10.4 this auto redirects to the accelerate.framework. But since
you're using the 10.3 SDK, it won't be there.
